International shipping can be selected at checkout. We can ship to almost any address in the world but unfortunately, we are not able to ship to Albania. We recommend using FedEx for International shipping as it is incredibly fast, has continual updated tracking and includes up to $100 insurance. Customers are responsible for paying all customs duties and taxes on the package once it arrives in the destination county. Please note that neither First Class International Shipping nor Priority International (Flat Rate Envelopes or Small Flat Rate Priced Boxes) include insurance; therefore, we are not able to refund or re-ship orders that are shipped via First Class International or Priority International shipping and are lost, damaged or mis-delivered by the USPS.
Processing & Shipping Times: It is each customer’s responsibility to correctly input the shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped with incorrect addresses. All standard in-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed prior to 3pm EST typically ship within 1 business day. Please note that there may be some occurrences when shipping is not possible on the next business day due to unforeseen events, such as a weather emergency. Custom orders typically ship within 5 business days. When you place an order, the USPS shipping shipping and delivery dates will be calculated based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. This is information provided by the USPS API and is just an estimate and not guaranteed information. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

You may return most items (with the exception of custom orders) within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the returned items (shipping not included). Items returned must include all parts and be in original packaging. Please note that any items returned that show signs of wear (including but not limited to scratches, dents, missing parts) will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Custom orders are not valid for a refund or exchange. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Request a return: Returns will only by accepted by completing the Returns Form. Items that are returned without completing the Returns Form will not be accepted. While completing the Returns Form, please list each item that you are returning. We’ll respond to the return request via email with return instructions. Once we receive and process your return, we will notify you via email of your refund.
Return Timeline: You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Most KeyBars, unless the product page lists an exclusion to this warranty, have a lifetime warranty against damage due to a defect during manufacturing. If your KeyBar does incur damage, please contact us immediately and do not discard the impaired parts. Note: the warranty applies only to products purchased directly from KeyBar LLC or an authorized dealer.
USE OF PRODUCT
As vehicles age, the ignition keyway can become worn and may allow the ignition key to fall out unexpectedly, even while the engine is running and the transmission is engaged. While unlikely, the additional weight of multiple keys on any key ring or key holder, such as KeyBar, could increase the possibility of this happening. Such an event could cause damage or injury, so you should periodically inspect your ignition keyway to reduce potential risks. KeyBar, LLC is not liable for any damage or injury caused by such an occurrence. Purchasers of KeyBar, LLC products are encouraged to maintain their vehicles properly to reduce or eliminate this risk, and they assume all liability for such events.
We accept PayPal payments as well as the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon placement of your order.
